Kitesurfing in just a few years has become one of the most popular sailing sports in the world! Thanks to its speed of learning and thanks to certified schools that, through hours of training, have taught kitesurfing to people aged 8 to 70.

Programs
BASIC COURSE - DETAILS
IMPORTANT: 75.00 € / H minimum 2 hours
360,00 € Full course
6 hours of lessons including board, wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, harness, kite and insurance € 360.00.
IKO certification at the end of the course
1st Hour - Theory
wind and gaits, navigation rules, safety and equipment
2nd hour - Getting to know the Kite
Assemble, disassemble the kitesurf
Flight window
Safety to navigate efficiently and relaxed
3rd hour - Using the Kitesurf
take off / landing
Flight window and traction points
Safety during and after launch - Keep the kitesurf steady at the Zenit with one or two hands
4th hour - Using the Kitesurf
Autonomous take-off of the wing with leading edge in the water, seated departures, surf rescue maneuver.
5th hour - Using the Kitesurf
Body Drag (traction of the kitesurf in the water) with board recovery, water departures and use of the depower trim
6th hour - Using the Kitesurf
Departures with the board and changes of direction

ADVANCED COURSE with IKO Instructors

First lesson (two hours) SAILING IN VARIOUS PADS, MAKING DIRECTION CHANGES WITHOUT GETTING INTO THE WATER RETURNING TO THE STARTING POINT
- kite management: movement and depower
- surfboard management: direction and incidence
- correct attitude of the body in going downwind and reaching back
Second lesson (two hours) - RETURN TO THE STARTING POINT, SAILING BOLINA
- correct body trim when sailing upwind
- movement of the kite
- posture
- search for the right navigation angle
JUMP COURSE with IKO Instructors
First lesson (two hours) - HOOKED BASIC JUMPS
- explanation of the various phases: take-off, flight phase and landing
- exercises that precede the deadlift: bear away and luff
- take off: synchronize the inversion of the kite with the luff
- flight phase: kite management and balance search
- landing: synchronize the kite's recall and the downwind
- Pop: very strong luff to counteract the kite's pull
- Jump without reversing the kite
Second lesson (two hours) - JUMP 360 degrees back and frontside
- 360 * back and frontside rotation without board
- bar management
- 360 * back and frontside rotation with the board
Third lesson (two hours) - JUMPS with GRAB
- during a basic jump, leave your hand behind and then catch the bar with both hands when landing
- during a basic jump, leave the hand in front and then catch the bar with both hands on landing - in flight, inserting the grab with the rear hand
- in flight, insertion of the grab with the front hand

JUMPS ONE FOOT
- remove and put the foot back into the strap on the ground
- remove, in flight, starting from a rear hand grab the rear foot from the strap
- put the rear foot back into the strap in flight and land at reach
- remove, in flight, starting from a front hand grab the front foot from the strap
- fly the front foot back into the strap and land at reach
